The Executive, Judiciary and Legislature are three organs of Government which leads to the proper functioning of any society.

Executive – The executive as the name suggests executes the laws and acts designed by legislature. They work for the welfare of public and design programs and policies for the proper functioning of the country. It carries out general administration of the country. For example in India Council of ministers are executives

Legislature – It is a government body that designs the laws and acts that are required for the welfare of the country. The acts formed are in the form of Delegated legislations i.e. a structure and flow of certain law is framed but how to execute is decided by the Executive. It may be unicameral or bicameral. For example, MPs and MLAs are part of legislature

Judiciary – it is the branch of Government which safeguards the rights of citizens and provides justice and to look after the social harmony and peace of the country. It is known as the interpreter of law. For example, Judge of High court, supreme court and Chief justice
